Emma is Operations Manager of the Critical Access Hospital Coalition.
Emma comes to the Coalition with experience in communications, government data, and congressional affairs. She previously served in the Obama Administration in the Department of Energy’s Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs in Washington, DC.
Prior to serving in the administration, Emma worked on a variety of communications, web usability and design, and data projects as an intern in the White House Office of Presidential Personnel, Grinnell College’s Office of Communications, the Iowa Democratic Party, and Senator Tom Harkin (Retired).
Emma received her undergraduate degree from Grinnell College where she studied Political Science and Technology Studies.
Paul leads Strategic Health Care’s activities in the nation’s capital and has over 20 years of experience serving as the key strategist and advocate on behalf of clients on matters pending with the U.S. Congress, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and other federal agencies. >>Read Paul’s Full Bio
Devon is a Vice President in Strategic Health Care’s Washington D.C. office and focuses on policy and regulatory issues. Jason is responsible for all aspects of congressional relations at SHC. He has worked on the successful Democratic Senatorial campaign in Colorado and worked for Congressmen John P. Murtha and Patricky Murphy of Pennsylvania.
