The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services released a proposed rule that would reduce a handful of regulatory burdens on Critical Access Hospitals. As part of CMS’ Patients Over Paperwork initiative, CMS has identified unnecessarily burdensome regulations on CAHs to be removed.
